My masseuse did a great job, however when it was time to pay I was told that I would be charged a $5 penalty fee for using my ATM card. I believe a business should inform that to you prior in case you’d rather pay cash to not have to pay an additional fee. When the woman at the desk saw my tip she laughed and said I need to pay a 30% tip. I felt my tip was reasonable and left it as it was. The woman at the desk became angry at me and started raising her voice in broken English which I couldn’t understand. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Instead of me receiving a kind “thank you, come back.” I was treated so rude and poorly. As I started walking out the the women began to yell at the masseuse in their language. I don’t understand how anyone can run a business like this. Extremely disappointing.
